Personal Chef Training with Jessica

Today on the show, we meet Chef Jessica from sunny San Diego, California. Chef Jessica has been a chef for over 24 years. She graduated from Johnson and Wales University in 1996 and went on to study at La Varenne in Burgundy, France. She moved from the East Coast to the West Coast in 1997 to San Diego, CA. There, she worked as a sous chef for a well-known caterer for many years who had lots of celebrities as clients. She learned the fine art of VIP catering. On January 1, 2000, Jessica officially started her own personal chef business, Entrée Nous. This was right after Y2K for those of you who are old enough to remember. Entrée Nous means "between us" in French. It implied the level of customization she offered each of her clients. In 2002, Chef Jessica was named San Diego's Best Personal Chef by San Diego Magazine. In 2018, Jessica started creating her course, The Prosperous Personal Chef to teach others how to start and sustain a successful personal chef business. We've cooked up many surprises for you in this episode. Grab an appetizer, a drink and sit back at the Chef’s table and enjoy our show.
