Chef Clara Gutierrez Carroll has brought the flavors and inspiration from her home in the Castilla region of Spain to the Pacific Northwest. Featuring over 40 different tapas, or small plates, Castilla brings a traditional Spanish dishes and design to Bellevue, with Saffron and Seafood rich paella to top it off. Serrano and Bellota Iberico hams, rustic Spanish flatbreads baked in a hearth oven, and Northwest seafood in authentic Spanish preparations all entice diners for casual get-togethers and family dining experiences.
